As I await my next meal,
An aroma reaches my nose.
Sweet, fruity, yet robust,
I look left, then right.
Then full circle,
Where are you?
I sniff,
I smell,
I want you.
To taste that sweet smell,
I must find you.
But alas, you are gone.
Your scent haunts me, my sweet.
